pfSense 2.4.4 on Teklager APU2C0, continued, part 2

Straight from the box, I found out that the temperatures on pfSense 2.4.4 were not working. Little bit of researching I found out that the support actions was taken at version 2.3. So, what is the problem?

Sorry I don’t have a screenshot from ‘before’, but all you have to do is on a pfSense –> System –> Miscellaneous –> Cryptographic & Thermal Hardware –>

Cryptographic Hardware = AES-NI CPU-based Acceleration

Thermal Sensons = AMD K8, K10 and K11 CPU on-die thermal sensor

After that, head on the main page (top left corner, pfSense -logo), hit the “plus” sign at the right of “Status / Dashboard”, and choose “Thermal Sensors”.

Wait around one minute, and you’ll have widget showing your box’s temperatures:
